Crypto investing has grown rapidly over years but the experience hasn't evolved to suit non technical users. For many years, non seasoned users begin their journey with friction due to heavy technical jargon. Confusing onboarding steps, guarded fee structure create hesitation and they drop off early because the system feels like it's designed for insiders. The challenge designing for Oya was to fill this gap and make crypto space accessible for both types of users. The end to end user journey of this chatbot had to make users feel in control and build trust with the platform for long term engagement.
